We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
Because each book is printed to order, all sales are final.
Returns are accepted replacement only if the book arrives damaged due to printing or shipping issues.
To qualify for a replacement:
- You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Please include a copy of your receipt and clear proof of the damage (such as photos).
Once verified, we’ll be happy to arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
Thank you for your understanding and support of independent publishing.
To be eligible for an exhange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
To complete your exhange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your book back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where refunds are not granted:
- Book with signs of use
- Item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to printing error.
- Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery
Exhange
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Once you are approved, then your exchange will be processed.
Privacy Policy (Plain and Simple)
When you sign up for updates, newsletters, or anything related to the author or Moon Light Creations LLC, we will keep your name and any information you share private. We will never give out or share your details with anyone unless you give us written permission first.
You can remove yourself from the newsletter or email list anytime you want. There is no pressure and no obligation.
